The exisiting contract to provide PSO Services in Southern New Jersey is set to expire on November 30, 2025. The Federal Protective Service Acquisitions Division (FPSAD) intends to issue a sole source extension for a period up to two (2) months on the current contract, 70RFP319DE3000001, with CDA, Inc., Does Business As (DBA) MaxSent (185 Admiral Cochrane Drive Suite 220 Annapolis, MD 21401). The proposed extension provides continued Protective Security Officer (PSO) services through Southern New Jersey (excluding the counties of Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, and Union) for the period of performance from December 1, 2025 through January 31, 2025. This extension allows for the necessary time to award and transition the follow-on effort for these services. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with MaxSent under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A Request For Proposals (RFP) will not be made available. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition will be posted to Sam.gov following the award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561612 (Security Guards and Patrol Services) and the small business size is $29 million.
