All eligible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the United States Coast Guard. Those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the small business size requirement of this solicitation will be considered ineligible. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
