The full contents of this solicitation is provided in the attached documents. All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by Friday, July 26th, 2024 at Noon Easter Daylight Time (EDT). Questions received after this time and date may or may not be addressed by the USCG. Questions will only be accepted in email format. Questions received in any other format will be disregarded. Quote Submissions. The deadline for quotes submissions is Wednesday, August 7th, 2024, at Noon EDT. Any quote received after the aforementioned date and time risk immediate rejection by the Contracting Officer. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that is not emailed will not be considered for award.
