The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has an requirement for the sampling and testing wastewater of 4 different recruit training barracks for SARS-CoV-2, in accordance with CDC guidance and recommendations located at USCG Training Center Cape May, 1 Munro Ave, Cape May, NJ 08204-5002. Site Visit. All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to verify all units/areas that are to be assessed. Interested parties shall make arrangements for a site visit with Troy Robison by phone at 609-898-6401 or by email at troy.l.robison@uscg.mil. Site visits shall be scheduled on Monday through Friday between the hours of 0800 and 1500. The deadline for conducting site visits is Monday, January 11th, 2021 at 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Site visits after this time and date may or may not be granted by USCG. Questions. All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by Tuesday, January 12th, 2021 at 15:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Questions received after this time and date may or may not be addressed by USCG. Questions will only be accepted in email format. Questions received in any other format will be disregarded. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that is not emailed will not be considered for award.
