The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Base Portsmouth, VA has a requirement to obtain labor, material, and equipment as required to install a temporary portable steam boiler furnished under a monthly rental for one month with the possibility of a two month requirement. Questions and Answers: All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by Monday November 18, 2019 at 12:00pm EDT. Questions received after this time and date may or may not be addressed by the USCG. Questions will only be accepted in email format. Questions received in any other format will be disregarded.
