The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement to repair and adjust one (1) existing overhead roll-up door located at USCG STA Hatteras Inlet, 59248 Coast Guard Road, Hatteras Inlet, NC 27943. Full contents of this solicitation are provided in the attached documents. Site Visits: shall be scheduled on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, and Wednesday, May 6, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Offerors planning to attend shall make arrangements with MKC Jamison Smith at 252-986-2176 or by email at Jamison.M.Smith@uscg.mil no later than Friday, May 1st, 2020 at 12:00 PM (EDT). A valid photo Identification is required to gain access to the facility. Offerors are solely responsible for all transportation costs for the site visit. Questions and Answers: All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by Friday, May 8, 2020 at 12:00 PM (EDT). Questions received after this time and date may or may not be addressed by USCG. Questions will only be accepted in email format. Questions received in any other format will be disregarded. Quote Submissions. The deadline for quotes submission is Thursday, May 14, 2020 at 12:00 PM (EDT). Any quote received after the aforementioned date and time risks immediate rejection by the Contracting Officer. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that is not emailed will not be considered for award.
