See attached documents for the questions & answers.** The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement to control & eliminate bird infestation, and remove all feces/contaminants located at U.S. Coast Guard Station Chincoteague, 3823 Main Street, Chincoteague Island, VA 23336. Full contents of this solicitation are provided in the attached documents. Questions and Answers. All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by Thursday, August 20th, 2020 at 12:00pm EDT. Questions received after this time and date may or may not be addressed by USCG. Questions will only be accepted in email format. Questions received in any other format will be disregarded. Emails shall be addressed to the joint attention of the Contracting Officer SK1 Danielle Smith at Danielle.C.Smith@uscg.mil and Contracting Officer, CWO Jeffrey Burrough at Jeffrey.N.Burrough@uscg.mil. Quote Submissions. The deadline for quotes submission is Tuesday, August 25th, 2020 at 12:00pm EDT. Any quote received after the aforementioned date and time risks immediate rejection by the Contracting Officer. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that is not emailed will not be considered for award.
