The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Training Center Elizabeth City (ATTC) intends to solicit and award on a Sole Source Basis, to Athlete's Performance Florida LLC (EXOS) (DUNS: 945531908). ATTC has a requirement for Tactical Performance Mentorship for the training of USCG AST School Instructors. This specific training is mandated by the Rescue Swimmer Physical Training Manual (COMDTINST M3710.4D) and identifies Athlete's Performance Florida LLC (EXOS) Training as the sole company that meets this specific requirement per COMDTINST.
