Quote Submissions. The deadline for quotes is Wednesday, July 31st, 2019, at 11AM (EDT). Any quote received after the aforementioned date and time risk immediate rejection by the Contracting Officer. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that is not emailed will not be considered for award. All quote emails shall be addressed to the joint attention of the Contract Specialist SK2 Allyson Breeden, at Allyson.C.Breeden@uscg.mil, and Contracting Officer, Chief Warrant Officer (CWO) Jeffrey Burrough, at Jeffrey.N.Burrough@uscg.mil. This RFQ shall not be considered direction to proceed with the subject effort. This RFQ is not a promise of future direction to proceed. Offerors are solely responsible for all RFQ submission costs.
