REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE United States Coast Guard (USCG) Base National Capital Region (BNCR) is conducting market research to determine the availability of obtaining Underwater (Breath-Hold) Survival Training. The specifications to this requirement are provided in the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). This information is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. Updated information will be provided in future announcements. The Government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this request for information/sources sought notice. Any offeror that believes it can provide the stated services must provide: •1. Supporting documents demonstrating their capability to meet the requirement. •2. Indicate in the response whether the offeror is a large or small business. •3. Indicate in their response if the offeror is registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) Based on responses to this notice, USCG may or may not choose to compete this proposed requirement.
