The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Training Center Elizabeth City (ATTC) intends to solicit and award on a Sole Source Basis, to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) - Heart Rate Inc (DUNS: 049888688. ATTC has a requirement for VersaClimber LXCC units (Brand Name) to be used for physical training of Aviation Survivor Technicians. This specific machine is mandated by the Rescue Swimmer Physical Training Manual (COMDTINST M3710.4D).
