The USCG requires continuation of support for the AUXDATA and Gangway applications, which includes sustainment engineering maintenance, minor enhancements, monitor performance standards, maintaining data, providing training as needed, updates to contract deliverables, maintain security of the application, reporting and metrics, troubleshooting and support services as needed. The support will include providing software licenses for DocuSign, MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce, development of Gangway forms and reports for enlisted and officer accessions programs/paths and sustainment of the Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) Cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) application.
