The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing this request for information (RFI) for market research purposes to identify vendors that are able to provide services for the support, maintenance, upkeep, patching, and updates of USCG dental radiology systems. The USCG is seeking potential vendors to provide maintenance services supporting AGFA HealthCare Radiology Systems deployed at five (5) USCG activities. Vendors must provide and implement systems patching and updates for Commercial Off-the Shelf (COTS) equipment as well as diagnose and repair equipment due to systems failures. Services include the use of a call center that is able to troubleshoot, by phone, with a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week availability, or in person support Monday – Friday, 08:00AM-05:00PM local time to assist patches, updates, and diagnostics and repair of systems in any system failure.
