The Coast Guard anticipates that once the Government's requirements can be clearly and completely defined, a new solicitation will be issued in Fiscal Year 2021. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) requires the acquisition of a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution for Human Resources (HR) that include Records and Information Management (RIM), Business Process Management (BPM), Document Output Management (DOM) and Email Lifecycle Management software technology and applications, all things also known as document management, imaging, content management, and workflow. Software Maintenance & Support for 1,000 Licenses will also be required. Product support ensures the Coast Guard has access to Software Support Engineers and ongoing software updates and security patches.
