Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, disposal and supervision necessary to remove two (2) existing oil-fired cast-iron sectional boilers and other central heating plant equipment and replace with natural gas fired boilers including combustion and ventilation air, insulation, supports, piping, pumps, and expansion tank at the MAT (Maintenance Augmentation Team) Building at U.S. Coast Guard, ANT New York, Bayonne, NJ. This requirement also contains an option item to provide temporary heat for three months. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Specifications for PSN 13920142 (164 pages), Drawings P13920142 (20 sheets), and the applicable wage rates incorporated herein.
