This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR Parts 14 and 19. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. The Product Service Code is Z2BC, Repair or Alteration of Radar and Navigation Facilities. The estimated cost range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance is 180 days. Solicitation packages will be available on or about April 11, 2023. The tentative date set for bid opening is May 11, 2023 at 2:00p.m. EST. Bids must be valid for a minimum of 60 days. Base Scope of Work Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and disposal required to demolish two USCG Aids to Navigation (ATON). Work will be completed on the Hudson River, New York and in Quincy Bay, Massachusetts. The nearest landmarks are the town of Coxsackie, NY and Peddocks Island, MA, respectively.
