The United States Coast Guard, Civil Engineering Unit – Providence, has a construction requirement to provide, install, run, and test and replacement Pumps, Motor and Controllers at USCG Station Base Boston – Boston, MA. Base Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and disposal required for removal and replacement of an existing fire pump, motor and controllers. All required work includes the installation, connection, alignment, running and testing of the new fire pump, motor and controller, inclusive of all accessories, bases, modify concrete housekeeping pads, if required; piping, electrical and alarm connections, and subcontractor coordination. The work will be completed at USCG Base Boston, Boston, MA. The estimated cost range of this project is between $25,000 and $50,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 20 October 2020. Due dates for receipt of price quotations is 7 November 2020 by 4:00p.m., local time Warwick, RI. The overall period of performance is 60 days from the Notice to Proceed. Price quotes must be valid for a minimum of 60 days.
