The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and disposal required to Repair the Waterfront at U.S. Coast Guard Sector Southeastern New England, Woods Hole, Massachusetts. The work includes the replacement of three existing CG Cutter shore-tie stations with new electrical, telecommunications, water and sewer connections; Replace existing Small Boat Mooring electrical distribution system to include one distribution transformer, distribution panel and shore-tie receptacles; Repair timber fender panels, floating camels, and hardware. Re-coat steel pile coatings; Replace corroded galvanized water lines to shore-tie stations to include new pipe insulation and heated enclosures. This invitation for bid is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14, and is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19.5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 with a small business size standard of $39.5 Million. The magnitude of construction range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000. Bid, payment, and performance bonds will be required. The overall performance period for this project is 200 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The bid opening date is scheduled for 08/23/2021 at 2:00 pm.
