Base Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide all necessary transportation, labor, equipment, materials, weights, measures, testing materials, and perform all operations in conjunction cleaning and recoating existing steel pipe guide piles from +2' MLW to the top of the pile, replacing a concrete deck cover and an aluminum gangway transition plate and incidental related work. Work shall be performed at USCG Station Point Judith, Narragansett, RI (Washington County). This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR Parts 5, 13, and 19. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million. The estimated cost range of this project is between $50,000 and $150,000. The period of performance is 60 days. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 27 March 2019. The tentative date for receipt of quotations is scheduled for 26 April 2019 at 4:00 pm EST. Quotations must be valid for a minimum of 30 days.
