This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR Parts 14 and 19. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million. The Product Service Code is Z2PZ, Repair or Alteration of Other Non-Building Facilities. The estimated cost range of this project is between $50,000 and $100,000. Base Scope of Work At USCG Sector St. Petersburg, the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and disposal required for: remove and replace 12 pile guide assemblies, remove and replace 2 pile guide frames, seal concrete surface cracks; and repair concrete spalling. At USCG STA Yankeetown, the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and disposal required for: remove and replace timber deck boards and install new timber stringers at the small boat pier. The work will be completed at USCG Sector St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg, FL (Pinellas County) and USCG Station Yankeetown, Yankeetown, FL (Levy County).
