The United States Coast Guard, Civil Engineering Unit - Providence, has a construction requirement to Repair the Waterfront at USCG Sector St. Petersburg and USCG Station Yankeetown. This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR Parts 14 and 19. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million. The Product Service Code is Z2PZ, Repair or Alteration of Other Non-Building Facilities. The estimated cost range of this project is between $50,000 and $100,000. The period of performance is 61 days. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 28 March 2019. Quotations are due 25 April 2019 at 4:00 p.m. local time Warwick, RI Bids must be valid for a minimum of 60 days. Base Scope of Work At USCG Sector St. Petersburg, the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and disposal required for: remove and replace 12 pile guide assemblies, remove and replace 2 pile guide frames, seal concrete surface cracks; and repair concrete spalling. At USCG STA Yankeetown, the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and disposal required for: remove and replace timber deck boards and install new timber stringers at the small boat pier. The work will be completed at USCG Sector St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg, FL (Pinellas County) and USCG Station Yankeetown, Yankeetown, FL (Levy County).
