FBO POST - PRE-SOLICITATION 70Z0G119BPFA00600 ISSUE DATE: 11 December 2018 The project scope includes all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to replace existing steam to hot water heat exchanger, hot water pumps and condensate return pump as per drawings and specifications. Scope of work: 1. Replace one (1) steam to hot water heat exchanger, insulation, piping, valves, traps, fittings and accesoreis 2. Replace two (2) hot water pumps, piping, insulation, valves, air separator, chemical shot feeder and accessories. 3. Replace one (1) electric condensate return pump, piping, valves, fittings and accessories Solicitation packages will be available on or about 26 December 2018. Tentative date for receipt of quotations is 29 January 2019 at 2:00PM. Period of Performance: The overall period of performance is Notice to Proceed through 2 August 2019. The applicable North American Industry Classification systems (NAICS) code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a small business size standard of $15 Million. The estimated value of the procurement is between $100,000 and $150,000. Payment and/or Performance bonds will be required. The acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14.
