This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million. The Product Service Code is Z2JZ, Repair or Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings. The estimated cost range of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The period of performance is 360 days. Base Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and disposal required for exterior building repairs to include replacement of soffits, fascia, louvers, gutters and selected roof repairs. Complete replacement of a guard shack building is included in this scope of work. Optional Bid Items will include selected replacements and improvements to the HVAC system, selected interior electrical work, and exterior lighting replacements and upgrades. The work will be completed at USCG Station Sand Key, Clearwater Beach, FL (Pinellas County).
