This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable of performing Maintenance Dredging at USCG Station Disappointment in Ilwaco, WA. Major work items include: Conduct maintenance dredging to dredge and dispose of sediment from the mooring basin and boat lift areas. Dredging should completed by hydraulic suction or mechanical means to the indicated design depth of -10.0 feet Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW) plus 2 feet overdepth allowance. Provide hydrographic surveys before and after dredging. Dispose of dredge spoils at either the Baker Bay Flowlane Disposal (BB-3) or Flowlane Area D, both within the Columbia River in Clatsop County, Oregon. Provide the USCG with access to real-time and near real time internet monitoring of dredging operations and production. Complying with the terms and conditions off all environmental permits and approvals. The provision of a Post Dredge Project Report. The approved in-water work window for this project is 1 November 30, 2021 to 28 February 2022. The procurement estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS for this project is 237990. A Solicitation will be issued the week of November 15th, 2021. Vendors interested in performing this requirement are invited to provide the following information to USCG CEU Oakland no later than 19:00 PM (Pacific) on November 15th, 2021.
