Constr... THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Only contractors with an office located in Alaska/SBA Region 10, are eligible for award. The estimated price range for this requirement is $250,000-$500,000. Construction Services to conduct inspections and repairs on SCADA system at five (5) USCG RFF high sites to restore power and ensure each site is fully operational on the existing USCG emergency communication network in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Wage Determination and specifications. The RFF high sites for this project are identified as Bede Mt, Rugged Island, Cape Gull, Sitkinak Dome and Mt McArthur. These sites provide life safety VHF radio communication coverage to Alaska mariners; a failure at any site puts lives at stake. TRAVEL IS REQUIRED. Each site is remote, unmanned and only accessible by air or vessel. Vendors must be registered in the SAMS database at time of proposal submission to be eligible for award of contract.
