USCGC HEALY Rental Vehicles Requirements: Background: United States Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) HEALY (WAGB 20) is entering a dry dock availability at Mare Island Dry Dock, LLC. During the period of performance, the crew requires vehicles to transit back and forth to their lodging facility. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is soliciting for rental vehicles during this period of performance. 1. The Contractor must provide QTY (3), 12-person rental vans for the dates listed below. 2. The Contractor must provide a fuel card for each vehicle to be used during the rental period. 3.
