USCG YARD MOV MANIFOLD REPLACEMENT
The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Young and Cunningham America for the replacement of motor-operated valves with manual valves on WMSL cutter fuel transfer manifolds. The required parts must be shipped to the U.S. Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore, Maryland. The parts have a 10-week lead time and must be received by April 1, 2026. This is a notice of intent, not a formal solicitation, and any response must provide compelling evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government.
