The contract involves truck delivery of 16,000 gallons of Shell Gadinia S3 40W lube oil. Performance will take place at USCG Base Seattle, Pier 46F. Delivery is scheduled between late September 2026 and October 2026. The vendor must provide and place a 600-foot boom around the ship prior to and during the transfer. Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method.
