Performance and delivery location is the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226, with FOB destination and deliveries accepted Monday through Friday, 8am to 3pm. Quotes must demonstrate technical acceptability, including compliance with packaging and marking requirements, the ability to meet the delivery schedule, and fair and reasonable pricing. Vendors must have an active SAM.gov registration, must not be debarred or suspended, and must provide documentation of prior comparable experience; quotes with separate shipping line items may not be considered. Invoicing must be processed through IPP.
