This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the inspection and repair of the Port and Starboard Miranda Davits aboard the USCGC Healy. The work must be performed at the Vigor Drydock in Portland, Oregon, during the planned performance period of April 30 to May 8, 2026. The contractor must provide a certified Palfinger Marine technical representative on-site and furnish all specified parts, tools, and materials. This is a total small business set-aside, and proposals will be evaluated based on cost, technical expertise, and past performance.
