The period of performance is 14 calendar days from contract award, with three working days of work, and a detailed inspection report is required documenting findings, repairs, remaining issues, and restored functionality. Potential additional repairs identified through a Condition Found Report are capped at $2,500 and require written Contracting Officer authorization via contract modification before performance.
