The Coast Guard requires inspection and refurbishment of two Hagglunds Drives CA 140 steering hydraulic motors for USCGC Mackinaw, to be performed at the contractor’s facility with shipment to/from SFLC Cheboygan Moorings, 632 Coast Guard Dr., Cheboygan, MI 49721. The base firm-fixed-price scope covers OEM-certified technical representative support, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, diagnosis, and reporting, with the Government furnishing the two motors. Any repairs identified are potential follow-on work, not to exceed $40,000, and may proceed only after a Condition Found Report and written Contracting Officer authorization via contract modification. The period of performance is 20 September 2026 through 20 March 2027. No security requirements apply.
