A Caterpillar-certified technician is needed to install and program a new Electronic Modular Control Panel (EMCP 3.2) and Electronic Control Module (ECM) for the #2 Ship Service Diesel Generator (SSDG) aboard the CGC MUNRO, as the current faulty modules are obsolete. The contractor must supply all parts and wiring, provide technical expertise for installation and programming, test local operation, and deliver a final condition trip report.
