The U.S. Coast Guard requires a firm-fixed-price contract for the commercial cleaning and renewal of a CAT SSDG heat exchanger, with all on-site labor and transportation included. The contractor must pick up and deliver the heat exchanger at USCG Base Charleston, disassemble and clean it in a shop, and replace gaskets, seals, and o-rings per TP 7119, Section 11. The period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to July 10, 2026. This is a 100% total small business set-aside, with award based on the lowest evaluated price among technically acceptable and past performance-acceptable offers.
