The USCG is seeking a firm-fixed-price contract for on-site SNT-TC-1A Level One Thermographic Imaging Training and Certification. The contractor will provide instructor travel, classroom and hands-on instruction for up to 8 students, including course materials, one FLIR E8 camera per student, examinations, and certifications. Performance will take place at USCG Base Seattle-Naval Engineering Division, 1519 Alaskan Way South, Seattle, WA 98134. Award will be made to the responsible offeror with acceptable technical capability and past performance ratings who submits the lowest evaluated price. Quotes must be all-inclusive and submitted electronically, with no prescribed format.
