The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is seeking qualified contractors capable of providing all labor, equipment, and materials to perform the dockside of the USCGC MUNRO. The solicitation will be issued under FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commerical Services. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued in October 2025. The anticipated start date will be 24 February 2026 with an anticipated end date of 20 April 2026. This procurement will be set aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business. A draft copy of the Specifications/Statement of Work is attached.
