This is a sole-source solicitation for the United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Long Range Enforcer Product Line (LREPL) has a need for Technical & Engineering Services, Maintenance & Emergent Repairs, Engine Overhauls for 8,000, 16,000, and 24,000 Hours necessary for the completion of repairs in accordance with the schedule and specifications for the 20V1163 TB93 Main Propulsion Diesel Engine (MPDE) and associated propulsion and control systems in support of the 418' Maritime Security Cutter Large (WMSL) fleet. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, effective 7 August 2025. Period of performance is for ten (10) Years inclusive of 10 one-year ordering periods. This solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items with elements of Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and FAR 16 - Types of Contracts as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This Requirements types contract will be in effect from the date of the award until ten (10) year thereafter.
