Upated the threshold under FAR 52.216-19, section b2. 2.) Corrected the FAR reference under Section M, subsection ii(a) by removing reference of FAR 15. 3.) Corrected the note under Section M Technical Capability table B. 4.) Corrects the Specification reference under Section H, Special Contract Requirements, Hazardous Waste by changing it to USCG SFLC Standard Specs 0000. Attachment K - Questions and Answers BERTHOLF DS FQ4 FY25 All previous terms and conditions remains unchanged. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Contractor shall perform dockside repairs to the United States Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) BERTHOLF (WMSL- 750) in accordance with this solicitation, specifications and with each issued Task Order. Scope of work shall include all ship maintenance repair, and associated support work as required to repair USCGC BERTHOLF, to be specified via task order. Ordering period for this contract will be from date of award through 18 November 2025. First task order's period of performance will be from 26 August 2025 through 18 November 2025. Place of performance will be at the cutter's home port in Alameda, California. Funds will be awarded with each task order and will be subject to the availability of funds.
