PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: 140’ WTGB DD & 120’ BARGE DD IDIQ FY24-29 The United States Coast Guard Surfaces Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) Norfolk, VA is looking for contractors to provide all necessary facilities, materials, equipment, personnel and services necessary to perform planned/unplanned dry-dock repairs to the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter WTGB 140’ Inland Ice Breaker Tugs & assigned 120’ BARGES under Request for Proposal (RFP) 70Z08524RIBCT0006 The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-02, effective 22 January 2024. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336611 for Ship Building & Repair with a Size Standard of 1,300 employees.
