Statement of Work 12 JULY 2024 We are requesting Crane services to conduct crane operations for CGC MUNRO MK110 GWS and MK53 Decoy Launching System on 12 July 2024 for 10 hours from 0700-1700 with the requirements below. First lift requires crane services to remove the MK110 GWS on the forecastle (see attached for location). The MK110 GWS is 139’W x 128’H x 260.5”L and weight is 16,900 Lbs with breaking load 22,000 Lbs. Approximate distance of the Crane Outriggers to center of the gun is 40-45 feet. The approximate height of the Gun deck is 21 feet above the pier. Second lift requires crane services to remove the MK137 Mod 10 NULKA Decoy Launcher on the starboard side (see attached for location). The Launcher is 27.5”W x 102’H x 52.3”L and weight is 625 lbs. Approximate distance of the Crane Outriggers to center of the launcher (set back) is 60 - 65 feet. The approximate height of the Launcher deck is 30 feet above the pier. Third lift requires crane services to remove the MK137 Mod 10 NULKA Decoy Launcher on the port side (see attached for location). The Launcher is 27.5”W x 102”H x 52.3”L and weight is 625 lbs. Approximate distance of the Crane Outriggers to center of the launcher (set back) is 60 - 65 feet. The approximate height of the Launcher deck is 30 feet above the pier. The crane must clear the exhaust stacks approximately 48 feet above the pier. Fourth lift requires crane services to install the MK110 GWS on the forecastle (see attached for location). Job Site location is: USCGC MUNRO (WMSL-755) Coast Guard Island 1 Eagle Rd. Alameda, CA 94501 Starting at 0700 This project is required to remove and reinstall CGC MUNRO’s MK110 GWS and MK137 Mod 10 NULKA Decoy Launchers with refurbished MK110 GWS and MK137 launchers. If the installation is not conducted on time, it will greatly affect the Ships Operations schedule. Please let me know if further information is needed. Crane Services on Jul 12 to remove the MK 110 GWS and MK 53 launchers. The max weight of the lift will be 19,000 lbs. with a breaking weight of 22,000 lbs. The approximate distance of the Crane Outriggers to center of the MK 110 GWS placement (set back) is 35 – 45 feet. The approximate height of the bow of the ship (foundation) to the Pier is 35 – 40 feet. The lifts for the MK 53 launchers are much lighter however one is approximately 65 to 70 feet from the out riggers and a blind placement (opposite side of the ship) at a height of approximately 48 to 58 feet and a weight of 675 lbs.
