The company shall have an over the water permit to transfer oily waste from the cutter to the pier. The contractor shall provide all hoses to accommodate a 150-foot span from the discharge point on the cutter to the contractor provided truck on the pier. Cutter connection is 2” camlock. Vendor is responsible for disposing hazardous waste IAW state and federal regulations. Preferred offload period is expected between February 3rd and February 7th, 2025.
