Scope of Work: CGC HAMILTON #1 AC Compressor Tube Eddy Current Testing Background: Ship's Force noticed a loss of refrigerant on NR1A A/C plant. During inspection, SF found water intrusion on the refrigerant side of the condenser and at least one failed condenser tube. While attempting to draw a vacuum and purge with nitrogen SF found unit will not hold pressure. SF continues to troubleshoot and is working with NED to pressure test remaining condenser tubes. Statement of Work: Remove condenser heads in preparation for eddy current testing Provide eddy current testing. Reassemble chiller for operation. Provide CFR for future repair.
