Statement of Work: Inspection/ repair should include: Remove the motor from the fan assembley Disassemble and inspect all parts Full electrical and mechanical inspection Removal of old coils Manufacture of new coils Rewind Dip and bake stator twice Clean and primer paint parts Sand blast axial fan parts and housing as needed Replace bearings Reassemble motor, test, and paint motor Reassemble motor into Axial fan Epoxy spray and paint axial fan assembly.
