Scope of Work: CGC KIMBALL Insinger dishwasher replacement Background: Ships force found Sanitizer machine is in need of replacement as it does not reach minimum water heating requirements despite previous water heat boost pump replacements. Additionally, machine door hinge & seating assembly failure causes large amounts of water to leak from the machine during operation. Drain underneath machine also does not adequately catch all water that is drained from the machine after each run cycle, leading to excessive water on deck. The ECOLAB cleaning solution dispensers are in need of overhaul due to precision issues and faulty audible low level alarms. Statement of Work: Electrically & mechanically disconnect existing Insinger dishwasher. Dismantle existing unit to remove from space. Rig unit to location designated by ship (weather deck). Dismantle new Insinger dishwasher at location on board ship (weather deck). Rig new Insinger dishwasher into installation location. Assemble new Insinger dishwasher & install. Electrically & mechanically connect new Insinger dishwasher. Clear tags. Op Test new Insinger dishwasher with S/F. Parts: Insinger No 50-20N2-NSU provided at ship.
