Statement of Work U. S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center Project Management Professional Exam Preparation Training Coast Guard Island, Alameda, California This requirement is for one Project Management Professional (PMP) exam prep training session for 24 U. S. Coast Guard (USCG) students. Training is to be provided by an in-person instructor on-site at USCG Base Alameda, California from Monday 21 August 2023 to Friday 25 August 2023, within the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM. The USCG is able to provide the following to facilitate training: Training room White board and markers Projector w/ HDMI hookups Wi-Fi Students with computers and internet connection The training must include for each student: 35 hours of project management education/training as required by the Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP exam fee and any ancillary fees required to take the PMP exam. A second PMP exam fee for any student who fails the exam covered by the first PMP exam fee, provided the student takes the first exam no later than January 1st 2024. A one-year PMI membership. Course materials, including but not limited to the following: A copy of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) in physical format. A published PMP exam preparation book (e.g. Rita Mulcahy’s PMP Exam Pep 9th Edition) in physical format. A practice question bank with no less than 350 questions (may be combined with questions available in the exam preparation book). A minimum of one available full length practice test. Proposals must include: Training course description. Instructor’s resume. A list of course materials to include the specific edition of any published resources, a description of the reason that edition was selected, and the format in which the material will be provided. List of key personnel. A list of materials that is expected to be provided by students during training periods.
