SCOPE 1.1 Provide all labor, services, and material to manufacture 24 Inner Trunnion Bushing 24 Outer Trunnion Bushing 2. REFERENCES 2.1 Coast Guard References: None 2.2. Other References American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Specification for Copper-Base Alloy Centrifugal Castings (Standard B271) 2.2 Enclosed Figures: Figure 1, Inner Trunnion Bearing Figure 2, Outer Trunnion Bearing 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Provide all labor, materials, and services to centrifugally cast and rough machine 24 14-3/8 X 12-5/8 X 6-13/16 with 16-1/16 X15/16 flange on one end Inner Trunnion Bushing. 3.2 Provide all labor, materials, and services to centrifugally cast and rough machine 24 24-5/8 X 22-9/16 X 7-3/16 with 27-5/8 X15/16 flange on one end Inner Trunnion Bushing. *Labor includes rigging and machining centrifugally cast bronze to the dimensions specified in the figures below. 3.3. Material shall be ASTM-B271 C86300, Manganese Bronze Alloy 3.3.1 Contractor shall provide manufacturers material certification with bushings. This certification should include, but not be limited to a chemical and physical analysis. 3.4 Contractor shall ship completed bushings to the following address: SFLC LREPL Port Engineers Attn: LT Sam Birch 1519 ALASKAN WAY SOUTH SEATTLE, WA 98134 US 3.4.1 Approximate shipping weight of Inner Trunnion Bushings are 85 lbs. each. 3.4.2 Approximate shipping weight of Outer Trunnion Bushings are 185 lbs. each.
