The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center - Contracting & Procurement Division (SFLC-CPD) Branch #2 Long Range Enforcer (LRE) section is conducting market research in order to identify firms who possess the capabilities to satisfy the USCG's requirement. The requirement is for the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) JAMES (WMSL 754) Dockside repairs during FY22 FQ2. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, facilities and such other things as are necessary, except as otherwise specified, to perform dockside, repairs and alterations to the USCGC JAMES in accordance with the solicitation, schedule and specifications. The Period of Performance for this requirement is 02 March 2022 through 01 June 2022. The Place of Performance is the USCGC JAMES homeport located in North Charleston, SC. SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION: Interested parties having the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this Sources Sought Notice including commercial market information and company information. Statement: Statement on how your company will complete the work items in Attachment (1) Work Item Listing and that your company WILL submit a proposal as a prime contractor if a solicitation is issued as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. Past Performance Information: Evidence of experience in work similar in type, size, scope and complexity to include contract numbers, project titles, and dollar amounts, points of contact and telephone numbers. If two companies are planning to conduct business and submit an offer as a Joint Venture or similar type of teaming agreement, they are requested to provide past performance information on projects of similar scope that they have performed together as a Joint Venture, if available. Providing individual past performance documentation from each company on separate projects where the two did not work together may be considered less relevant. In order to receive drawings associated with this requirement firms will need to complete and sign Attachment (2) DHS Form 11000-6 Non-Disclosure Agreement and provide their active Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification number.
