The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center - Contracting & Procurement Division (SFLC-CPD) Branch #2 Long Range Endurance (LRE) section is conducting market research in order to identify firms who possess the capabilities to satisfy the USCG's requirement. The requirement is for the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) HAMILTON (WMSL 753) Dockside repairs during Fiscal Year 2022 (FY22) Fiscal Quarter 01 (FQ1). The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, facilities and such other things as are necessary, except as otherwise specified, to perform dockside, repairs and alterations to the USCGC HAMILTON in accordance with the solicitation, schedule and specifications. The anticipated Period of Performance (POP) for this requirement is 08 December 2021 through 03 March 2022. This is subject to change at the Government's discretion. The place of performance is the USCGC HAMILTON’s homeport located in North Charleston, SC. SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION: Companies having capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) including commercial market information and company information. (6). Past Performance Information: Evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, and dollar amounts, points of contact and telephone numbers. If two companies are planning to conduct business and submit an offer as a Joint Venture or similar type of teaming agreement, they are requested to provide past performance information on projects of similar scope that they have performed together as a Joint Venture, if available. Providing individual past performance documentation from each company on separate projects where the two did not work together may be considered less relevant.
