This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotations incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84 dated Nov 1, 2015. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the agency. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. Past performance will be considered in the selection of the awarded vendor. Summary: CTR to provide the requested service Statement of Work: CTR will provide: • Fabricate 6 aluminum flight deck net frames utilizing 2.5" schedule 80 aluminum pipe and 1/2" AL plate brackets. • All welding to be performed by certified aluminum welders. • WPQ's available upon request.
