Scope of Work: CGC Stone Pipe Fabrication POP: 9/12 – 9/19, tentative confirmation through Cutter POC (access to Base must go through Cutter POC) Location: USCG Base Charleston 1050 Register Street, Bldg 681 North Charleston, SC 29405 Background: The intake piping 4 bolt flange to the head of MPAC portion described was lost during movement between ships. Summary: CTR to provide the requested service Statement of Work: CTR will: Fabricate, install, MPAC piping. Measurements: 4-bolt flange, thickness 3/4”, bolt holes ¾”. 2 1/8 ID pipe x 11” length 90 degree elbow 3 ¾” threaded pipe x 4” length Threaded pipe clamp OD 3 ½” Oversee operational testing of pipe, submit CFR with results Additional images provided separately Gov.
