This is a combined Sources Sought Notice for the Oil Control Bushingsand Vent Modification Overhaul for several National Security Cutters as identified below. Each requirement will be awarded as its own contract. The Government anticipates that the contracts will be awarded to MTU America, Inc. on sole source basis. Any firms who may be able to provide the services as detailed in the attached specifications should provide a statement demonstrating their capabilities to the USCG SFLC representatives identified within this notice. The place of performance for each of the requirements will be the respective cutter’s homeport. The period of performance will be different for each cutter. The following is the appropriate period of performance and place of performance for each cutter: MIDGETT: homeported in Honolulu, HI. Period of Performance is 2 Nov 2021 through 7 Dec 2021. BERTHOLF: homeported in Alameda, CA. Period of Performance is 9 Nov 2021 through 1 Feb 2022. KIMBALL: homeported in Honolulu, HI. Period of Performance is 9 Nov 2021 through 25 Jan 2022. HAMILTON: homeported in North Charleston, SC. Period of Performance is 8 Dec 2021 through 2 March 2022. STONE: homeported in North Charleston, SC. Period of Performance is 18 Jan 2022 through 28 March 2022.
